These terms govern your use of the SnS website at www.mysns.co and the schedule-a-call flow on it. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
1. About these terms
The website is operated by the founding team of SnS (Shakti & Shama), based in India. SnS is not yet an incorporated company. When SnS incorporates, this page will be updated with the entity’s legal name and registered address.
These terms cover the website only. Use of the SnS product is governed by the agreement signed with each customer organisation, not by these terms.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about SnS, to evaluate it for your organisation, and to ask us for a call. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy the site by automated means beyond what a search engine does;
- probe, scan or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities;
- send unusual volumes of traffic or otherwise try to degrade the site;
- submit the schedule-a-call form repeatedly, with false details, or with content that is abusive or unlawful;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- submit another person’s personal data without their authority.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code, product descriptions, names and logos on this site belong to the founding team of SnS or to our licensors. You may view the site and link to it. You may not reproduce, modify or redistribute its content beyond what applicable law permits without our written permission.
4. Scheduling a call
Submitting the schedule-a-call form is a request, not a contract. We may decline a request or a booking at our discretion. The booking itself takes place on Cal.com and is subject to Cal.com’s terms. How we handle the personal data you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to services we do not operate, including Cal.com and our social profiles. Their content and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Product descriptions on the site are informational; features, names and behaviour may change as the product evolves. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the founding team of SnS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we post the new version here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
